- Finance Operations: You take ownership of coordinating our monthly close, working closely with our external tax advisor.
- Taxation: You make sure tax filings go out on time – withholding tax under §50a EStG (German non-resident tax), KSK filings (Künstlersozialkasse, the German artists' social insurance fund), and ongoing coordination with our tax advisor on VAT.
- Accounts Receivable: You keep a close eye on incoming payments and run a consistent, timely dunning process so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Outgoing Invoicing: You create and check our outgoing invoices and keep records clean and complete.
- Finance Tech & Digitalisation: You help us digitise and automate processes as we build out our finance ops tech stack.
- International Business: You handle domestic and international payment flows and work directly with international licensing partners.

- Education: You hold a completed vocational training as a tax clerk (Steuerfachangestellte/r) or a comparable commercial qualification with a finance focus.
- Experience: You bring 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, ideally from a tax firm or an accounting department.
- Tech mindset: You're confident with DATEV or similar accounting software and comfortable in Excel.
- Personality: You work in a structured, self-directed way and take ownership rather than waiting for instructions.
- Communication: You're fluent in German and comfortable working in English.
- Motivation: You're ready to put your tax or accounting expertise to work in a music company instead of rotating through client mandates.
