- Develop and evaluate business cases and new business areas across Recorded Music, Publishing, Management, Live, and adjacent markets
- Prepare financial analyses, forecasts, and KPI reports
- Create management overviews and decision papers
- Conduct market and competitor analyses for strategic topics
- Contribute to and implement process and structure projects within the group

- Initial experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or a fast-growing environment
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, excellent command of Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools
- Structured, precise work style and high resilience
- Proactive mindset, sense of responsibility, and strong team spirit
- Excellent German and English skills
